Want to draw and paint like the masters?
Instructor Rebecca Woodward
Rebecca has over a decade of professional art experience and has studied with some of the most accomplished artists in the contemporary realism movement.
She’s now offering two limited enrollment classes in partnership with the Bloomington Arts Commission and Artisan Alley MADE classroom space to share that knowledge.
This class breaks down the practice of drawing into a series of time-tested exercises that build visual perception and control. We will cover Bargue drawings, master copies, form and perspective drawing and value. These exercises strengthen coordination and memory, laying the foundation for more imaginative work. Supplies will be provided.
This class will be geared toward ages 16+ as we will be embarking on a serious course of study requiring focus and attention. Younger students will be considered on a case by case basis.
Class meets once a week on Tuesdays from 6-9 pm beginning January 17th till May 9th. The cost is $540.00 for the entire 18-week Session. This averages out to $30/class. To Sign up complete this INTEREST FORM.
