Schedule a tour

Process

To get started on a custom space for you, review the information below, then fill out the Event and Venue Rental with the details for your happening. Once you have filled out the application our associates will be in touch to go over the details and the needs of your event as well as offer you a tour of our spaces that should fit your schedule. Once all the terms have been decided, a contract will be written and signed by both parties no later than 7 days before the rental may take place, and the deposit will need to be paid in order to reserve the space.

Rental spaces

For a breathtaking experience, see our community venue space. This, our newest location offers amazing architectural features, including tall vaulted ceilings, large windows, wide-open areas, and includes a private parking lot in the heart of Bloomington. This location is the ultimate scene for mid-scale events, parties, movies, concerts, and photoshoots, and can complement most performance-based events. This industrial garage is perfect for commercial work or as a trade-skilled workshop. The wooded area that surrounds our northwestern lot, provides the perfect scenery for a private happening. Enjoy our large gravel lot and accessible equipment, as they are ideal for constructing larger-scale items, working on vehicles, or teaching a workshop. We invite you to bring your guests into our open and inspired gallery. The unique and intimate setting, coupled with rotating works of art by professional and emerging artists, lends a great backdrop to any special event. Artisan Alley’s resource, the Photo Lab & Media Library, is a resource for our members, doubles as a rentable photo/video venue and rehearsal space, and is located adjacent to the Antumbra Venue. It is equipped for photography shoots, video sessions, a gathering space, a rehearsal spot, audio engineering, and more.

$300.00/day on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) per room.
$400.00/day on weekends (Friday-Sunday) per room.
$30/hour on weekdays per room.
$40/hour on weekends per room.
A minimum deposit of $200 is required for all rentals to reserve the space.
Additional Deposits may be requested if there is an active event, or for any alcohol of food that would be present

Medium Sized Events, Lectures, Conferences, Workshops, Meetings. For Public Use.

$200.00/day on weekdays (Monday-Thursday).
$300.00/day on weekends (Friday-Sunday).
$20/hour on weekdays.
$30/hour on weekends.
A minimum deposit of $100 is required for all rentals to reserve the space.
Additional Deposits may be requested if there is an active event, or for any alcohol of food that would be present

(Classroom/Gallery) $150.00/day on weekdays (Monday-Thursday).
(Classroom/Gallery) $200.00/day on weekends (Friday-Sunday).
(Classroom/Gallery) $15/hour on weekdays.
(Classroom/Gallery) $20/hour on weekends.
A minimum deposit of $100 is required for all rentals to reserve the space.

Cowork Membership– Utilize all of our shared resources and spaces for all of your creative needs during business hours.
Cowork Temporary Pass Contract – Use our professional and creative amenities, without any long-term commitment.
Event and Venue Rental Application – Want to throw an event by the hour or day, this option is great for meet-ups, classes, or events.
