Process
To get started on a custom space for you, review the information below, then fill out the Event and Venue Rental with the details for your happening. Once you have filled out the application our associates will be in touch to go over the details and the needs of your event as well as offer you a tour of our spaces that should fit your schedule. Once all the terms have been decided, a contract will be written and signed by both parties no later than 7 days before the rental may take place, and the deposit will need to be paid in order to reserve the space.

- Resident Member Application – A dedicated private or shared studio, with 24/7 access and ALL the utilities covered.
- Cowork Membership– Utilize all of our shared resources and spaces for all of your creative needs during business hours.
- Cowork Temporary Pass Contract – Use our professional and creative amenities, without any long-term commitment.
- Event and Venue Rental Application – Want to throw an event by the hour or day, this option is great for meet-ups, classes, or events.
